Pratap is the Founder Director and the CEO of SplendorNet. Having over 15 years of entrepreneurship experience spanning 4 startups, Pratap has acquired all skills that are needed for a quality development company that keeps all the customers highly satisfied. Under Pratap’s leadership, SplendorNet has grown from 1 member team to what it is right now. Pratap took masters degree in computer application wherein he met his first love, Programming. The programming and technology craze that he has, has very clearly formed the DNA of the company.
Ashish Amalnerkar
COO
Ashish is also one of the founding members and he looks after “Operations and HR” in SplendorNet. Ashish has been instrumental in making SplendorNet strong on employee retention, recruitment process and hiring right talent. The low attrition rate is credited to his stratergies and vision to make SplendorNet employee friendly. Ashish has provided his expertise in various industries such as FMCG and have helped them grow manyfolds. He has around 20 years of industry experience in varying fields.

Chief Technology Officer
Sushant is the Chief Technology Officer of SplendorNet. He is a person who eats, drinks and breaths technology. During his long career of 17+ years, he has tackled a lot of technology challenges and have come up trumps in most of the situations with his acute technical mind and innovation ability. He is one of the founding members of SplendorNet and has grown through the ranks till where he is now.
Besides handling many large-scale and multiyear projects, he also has profound knowledge in various peripheral technologies. A proven mentor that he is, Sushant has brought the technical understanding bar of the entire SplendorNet team, several notches higher.
Apart from technologies, Sushant is a fantastic Tabla player, loves and enjoys trekking and traveling and often encourages the team to arrange and participate in different activities.
Shivaji is Chief Delivery Officer for SplendorNet. This clearly means that he is the person behind establishing SplendorNet as a respected brand for timely and quality deliveries. One of the founding member of SplendorNet, Shivaji has been a part of a lot of large projects as a team member or as a leader. Being a highly process oriented person along with a creative brain, Shivaji has devised and tweaked many processes in SplendorNet to achieve highest level of throughput in shortest time. His practical approach to everything has made him the ultimate taskmaster that he is. He has always been loved by the clients and team alike for being kind hearted, extremely helpful and supporting. Shivaji loves long driving, playing various games, smooth music and friendly interactions.

High-energy individual with positive outlook, excellent team skills, and recognized talent/ability to weld form and function in an online environment.
