Pratap is the founder, director, and CEO of SplendorNet. With over 25 years of entrepreneurship experience spanning four startups, Pratap has acquired all the skills that are needed for a quality development company that keeps all the customers highly satisfied. Under Pratap’s leadership, SplendorNet has grown from a 1-member team to what it is right now. Pratap took a master’s degree in computer applications, wherein he met his first love, programming. The programming and technology craze that he has has very clearly formed the DNA of the company.

He has 28+ years of industry experience in varying fields. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of domains like retail and manufacturing have proven to be a huge plus point for the company. He has successfully set up these domains as the areas of expertise for SplendorNet. Apart from marketing, Ashish also takes a lot of interest in managing finances for the company.

Jogi Daita is a passionate visionary and serial entrepreneur driving the portfolio, key partnerships, and new venture creation on the premise that education, science, and technology can improve people’s lives. He gained valuable experience in tech startups, executive leadership and capital since the start of his career. His passion for technology led him to incubating and launching multiple firms with interests in STEM education and entrepreneurship. His core mission is to impact and ensure that his companies have strong management, financial resources, right perspective to achieve their goals. He continues to innovate and launch new companies in the Central Pennsylvania region and elsewhere. He utilizes his skills, networks, and commitment to help and mentor other startups & growing firms by regularly volunteering his time with Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, Penn State Harrisburg, Ben Franklin Venture Fund, among others. Additionally, he sits on various panels as a guest speaker or judge. He also serves on numerous regional committees, including the Next Generation IT partnership organized by industry with the support of SCPa Works, Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania and others. He holds a BA and an MBA and is a BITS, Pilani Alumni. An avid runner/walker and finished the Berlin Marathon in Sept 2021, and is a member of the Harrisburg Area Road Runners Club.

He is one of the founding members of SplendorNet and has grown through the ranks to where he is now. Besides handling many large-scale and multiyear projects, he also has profound knowledge in various peripheral technologies. A proven mentor that he is, Sushant has brought the technical understanding bar of the entire SplendorNet team several notches higher. Apart from technologies, Sushant is a fantastic Tabla player, loves and enjoys trekking and travelling, and often encourages the team to arrange and participate in different activities.
